I've still got the spoiler I removed if anyone is interested. Send me a PM and make an offer
I'm not sure if it's even possible but I want to take off the gray trim piece between the tailights and give it a nice shot of black. Does anyone actually know how to remove this piece. I could only get the whole assembly off and my tiny brain couldn't find a way that the two parts could possibly separate.
sweet car man, it's got potential
I might be wrong, but the gray trim has a few bolts holding it in from behind inside the boot lid?
That's just what I saw from taking my tail lights out a few times, my trim was white already so I never had to take it out haha
Yeah they hold on the whole assembly (gray trim, black surround and number plate lights ) on to the boot. I've got that off but can't find how the individual trim actually separates, that is if it even comes off at all. If need be I could just mask up the rest to paint but it'd be kinda dodgy then.

Good thing it wasn't minehaha
Speaking of crashes. A fair while ago some knob ran a shopping trolley into my left front guard and left behind a fairly big dent. I just got around to knocking it out. There is still a bit of a crease left but at least it's not as bad as it used to be. I'd show some photos but it's honestly not that noticeable.

act as if you're a genuine buyer and see if you can meet him in person to "view" the car, and show up in your car. I always enjoy catching scammers out.

Looks like the guy took down 'his' commodore. I asked him for some interior shots and if I can view the car next weekend and got no reply. Nek minute. Car gone.
good shit mate. love the look! although, not with the whole "drop da azz" look haha
and I know they aren't legal, but getting a spare set of tail lights and tinting them black would look good too.

Yeah I've decided not to go with the "invisible caravan" look. Hopefully just lower it a fair bit nice and level. But I'm really conflicted with what wheels to go with. I did a couple different mock ups to get ideas. If I keep my wheels and tyres I have now I can just get the walls painted, which would be cheapest considering my tyres are barely used. If I go with stockies then I'll still need to buy new tyres and the two large diametre wheels are out of the question, way too expensive. I'm pretty keen on the first option to be honest.
in my honest opinion; keep the 5-spokers that you've got and run them as your dailys, maybe give them a rub and a fresh coat of paint, and pick up a set of stockies or some interceptors, people sell them cheap as chips these days, paint them black then get a set of Portawalls for them ($140) and you've got a nice looking VR (when it's lowered properly)
