My previous VS Ute was written off this month thanks to a B-Double truck throwing a wheel into the front of me at 110km/h on the highway. So I had to start shopping around for another vehicle. Initially I had decided to go for a sedan and i was set on getting a V8 this time round. But after some thought I decided that I loved my old ute so much that instead of spending more and getting a VZ, I spent less and got another VS V6, and i love this one even more. So im here to stay with the VS Ute crowd for the time being anyway![]()

Love it! Ute looks heaps tidy man, the twin pipes set it off as well...
I think, with the recent spate of VS ute's being posted in this section - It's inspired me to start browsing around, and might quite possibly get myself one!
(will be handy for once I finish my trade at the end of this year and get out into that field of work, and then I can keep the Acclaim schmick for weekends/cruises)
Love the twin tips mate, looks real tough.
Good to see you've stuck with us vs ute boys, we're a humble crowd...
Thanks for the kind comments fella's. Hey Omerta, you can't go wrong with a VS Ute mate, they are so bloody reliable, I had zero problems with my other one and im sure this one will be the same, another reason why I wanted to stick with a VS.
Hey Tim, yeah I could'nt leave the VS ute crowd mate, I love them. I find myself scrolling through the VR-VS section just until I see "VS Ute" in the title and that keeps me entertained for hours lol.
Oh yeah thats the other thing, I want you guys opinion on whether I should colour code mirrors and door handles? I did it on my first ute and it looked great, but for some reason the black bits look good on this ute imo. Thoughts?

looks good mate, i reckon colour code the door handles and mirrors look 100 times better..
my opinion... (which is normally bad =P)
keep the black handles.
otherwise the car will be waaaaaaay to white... (call racism.. i dare you =P)
you really need something to break the colour. and those handles do it nicely
certainly does look clean.
does the exhaust drone a huge amount?
as it seems pretty big =P
No such thing as a bad opinion mate, thats why its called an opinion. And at this stage I agree with you.
The exhaust actually does not drone at all, and its not as loud as it looks, it sounds very nice though, its deep with good bass lol. It certainly sounds like a V8.
