Minor update, I started cleaning the calais up and had a fairly productive weekend.

I replaced the drivers window regulator as the old one was bent.

Changed the black vacuum box under the stereo and now have working face vents.
Got another drivers side weather strip to replace the one with a dent in it.

V6 badges and mudflaps removed

Before/after on the front bumper

What was under the console when I removed it. Vacuumed it up and cleaned all the console bits before reinstalling.
I also re taped the passenger side door molds which were coming off and removed Holden badge from under the left tail light. Will get better pics once I have finished polishing. Still have a lot of cleaning to go before ill be happy.

Are you going to update the stereo? I did on mine.. The quality of the stock head unit is terrible now that it is a fair few year's old :/

Did you end up sorting out why no air was coming through the centre air vent's?

Feel free to check out my ute :) http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/vr-vs/239448-tomis-vs-manual-ute-d.html

Yeah I will update the stereo hopefully after Christmas. Aircon was sorted by changing the black vacuum box thing under the stereo. Ill check your ute out as well.

Over the weekend I repainted the wipers and repainted the center of the grills, just tidied the front of the car up a bit

Shampooed the carpet and cloth parts of the seats
Started cleaning the leather and conditioning it
Re glued the leather on the rear door trim which was coming away and on the pocket under the stereo.

Led parkers

Number plate lights

Roof lining done

Drivers seat before

Drivers seat after
