Ok this is my first car, its a nice car to drive around in on your P's, and a good car to start learning the basics about servicing etc.

My Name:Michael... But all my mates know me as Grennan.
Car's Name: Claire, (silly story behind it).
Model: VR Executive Series II
Year: 1994
Body: Stock
Color: White
Engine: 3.8 L V6 with 220,XXX on the clock. CAI and the usual Hi Flow Panel Filter.
Exhuast: 2.5" Redback into twin dump tips.
Transmission: Auto
Wheels: 17" ROH Fury Shadow Chrome
Suspension:King Springs Superlows
Interior Mods: Stereo is imcomplete at the moment, but it currently has Sony H/U Sony 6" 240 w fronts and Sony 6*9s in back

Future Mods: Sub and Amp Hi Ratio Roller Rockers and Im looking at either a VX Clubsport body kit or a VS Senator Body kit.

Then i want a Auto rebuild, and put then put a Stage 2 Shift Kit in, or a manual conversion. Then start on supercharging.

Just need a new job

whats the silly story in which your car is called Claire

One of my close friends at the time just brought her first car and named it a stupid name, i think it was ralph or nigel. Anyway after that she had to name everyone elses car. And that night we were at a pimps and hoes party, and me being the ******** i am went as a hoe. According to her i looked like her friend Claire.

Anyway i stayed at my friends place that night and in the morning she needed milk and stuff so we drove down to safeway and in the car she just blurted out Claire the Commodore. And i kindave liked it. Now all my friends just call her Claire.

It was funny one night cause i was with my girlfriend, at a party of some sort. And one of my mates said "hows claire? Still riding her around?" and i got the biggest slap immaginable. Untill someone explained to my girlfreind my car was called Claire.

Cheers. It looks quite good for a stocky. Cant wait to get the body kit on and drop it down 2 inches or so. Going to put the body kit on before i lower it so i know what im working with.

Does anyone have suggestions on what i should try and pick up?

VS Senator? VR/VS Clubsport? VX Clubsport? So on and so forth...

Yeah i have my heart set on VX clubby kit to be honest, but i saw a nice VS Senator kit the other day and its tough to pass it up.

Honestly havent though about a GTS body, and i agree with you with the wing. Id never stick a wing on a commodore.

Havent seen any GTS kits on ebay though, are there any other places to check out a few kits other than ebay?

i would put a wing on if it was an orignal gts and i was set on making it a track type car, but having a gts would be nice

Bit of an update:

Got pricing on a VS Senator kit (with wing, probally wont put it on however) still decieding whether to get it or not, but my dad who can get them through his business said its no worries to get them in. At this stage im looking at 450 to 600 dollars.

Have a set of 4 springs on hold thanks to my aunty who works in the King Springs head office on the Gold Coast, I will probally go SL, but they will go on after i have the body kit, so i know how much ride hieght i have to work with.

Looking at a CRS Supercharger kit, with different pullies of course, probally looking at 2-3 (standard CRS) untill i have enough money for the intercooling etc then ill jump it up to around 7.

At this stage all ive been doing it ringing around getting prices, and ideas. I was looking at the Turbo option, spoken to a few people on this forum about it (very helpful), but for 5-10 psi, the price of a turbo is just not worth it in my opinion, and some others.

Thats pretty much it for time being, Right now im working on the interior, getting designs right for my rooflining, putting the Holden badge in the roof, on a 2 tone black and probally white material.

Ok just an update, thought id chuck one up.

Had a major change of heart and have decieded im going to be buying a new car in about 2 years, when i get off my P's. A VS Clubby. So im not gonna bother supercharge this car.

The last 2 weeks ive encountered some transmission issues, but all is fixed and the car is running like an absolute dream, oh and its been dumped on King Springs, Super Lows... The rear is almost tucking some tyre so im absolutely wrapped with it, it looks so much better and i cant stop staring at it when i go outside, now all i need are some bigger rims and ill be set.
