My plan is to keep this car for as long as possible, and slowly turn it into a show car after it's served as my daily. I'm still at school, in Year 12, and working a part time job at Maccas, so funds are pretty low at the moment, plus I'm still paying it off, so it's only 'sensible' upgrades for now, and little stuff to personalize it to make it mine.

Remove tint off tail lights, go down to your local Auto paint supplier that will make pressure packs & get a clear/black tiner pressure pack made up, will be shiney and last forever, not eventually fade like night shades..

Yeah I'd do wat Mat said bout the tint.....a shiny finish would look heaps better aye. I remember seeing a tutorial somewhere on the net about tinting tail lights, and the end result was heaps killer....they even buffed them. Gonna do the same oneday to my spare set of tail lights for the wagz.

Saw u on TV b4 on that add......I've seen it heaps of times but never picked up it was u till Brad told me haha.

me... hopefully u dont see it in melbourne, but i did a voluntary school watch add a couple years ago, and they still play the stupid thing. it's gay, i'd be more likely to give them a blow torch and say "go burn the bloody school down!" lol

rofl here's one for ya guys. lookin at the pics does it look lowered? evry1 thought that, but saturday night i took it to a mates place. we put his King lows in mine, so he could load the SSSL into his, and found it sat lower (and rode like a pig) cos the shocks are f***ed. does not look any different from the stock atm. so shockies need to be done.
f***, but should i stay normal style shockies, or the pump up air shockies? throw me some advice or encounters with the air shocks, cos im seriously considering it.

took off the mud guards yesterday, looks way different to what i'm used to.

jus a couple of pics to put up 4 now. first is the LED interior globes, bright blue 6 LED festoons. there's 3 in the cabin, on in the boot and one in the glove box.



Second is the LED parker globes. they are white with a blue sleeve over the top.



lastly, anyone see any difference in ride height? didn't think so...



gave it a polish yesterday, so she sparkles yay.

hey there everyone, been busy recently, so haven't updated much, but when i get to it, i'll post some pics up.
the car is in pieces at the moment, while we put the new headunit in. im so bloody upset, went thru 2 fuses then discovered the resistor had died. argh!!!
other than that, heres whats changed:

18" Chrome Vault DeVille Rims
Super Low Lovells Springs And Monroe Shocks and Struts (front to be fitted)
Sub enclosure with a trio of 8" subs, illuminated by blue LED's (to be connected)
Pioneer's new DEH P65BT head unit (when the bloody thing works)

now on the look out for altezza headlights and indicators, chrome exterior and interior handles, possibly an SS lip kit, but not actively looking.

havin some fun with it atm... not!!! not allowed to touch it while i have exams, so it's dirty and stuff desperately needs to be done to it, but meh.

I was thinking the blank altezza style taillights too, you know anyone with them?

well guys, slight improvements again on the VS.

*Painted Engine Cover - done with normal paint, so i hope it doesn't peel or anything soon, but wen i get some silver or chrome i'll do a two tone like the car lol



*Lowered Front End - i am competely mystified how someone can put the strut washer on upside down when it clearly says "top" on it but... finally the front was lowerd on Lovells Super Lows, same as the rear



*LED Interior Globes - super bright, under the dash and front seats. blue as, look killa at night



*VT Calais Badges - tell me these things aren't cool? Either passanger door, and one comng for the rear soon.



*Chrome B Pillars - not chrome dipped unfortunately, but this contact/vinyl looks just as cool. cheers to the guys on here for the inspiration



*Chrome Garnish - again, the chrome vinyl. looks great i reckon, matches the lights and this was a mod i was pushing to do somehow. cheers to ALIEN8 for the inspiration



*2x 12" Subs - gone are the pretty illuminated 8" subs and borrowed Pioneer amp. now running twin 12" kenwood subs and DNA 4ch amp, all mine. :-D

engine cover was no worries. i did an undercoat of heatproof blue, then i tried the same car colour and so far done alright. easy as job
