    Hehe we will find out soon enough, Greenfoams tuned it so far. Really gotta get time to get it on the dyno for a power run soon though, but gotta work out a few bugs in it first. Havnt had much time lately though

    yeh too easy man.should make some good power.what injectors and fuel pump u running?uve prob said somewhere but cant find it lol.

    Thanks guys. V8 stato, im running bosch green tops (42lb/hr) and a walbro GSS342 intank pump.
    Think i will buy new exhaust with my tax return if i get a decent amount back. Been set back from doing stuff on it for a while cause i just had to pay insurance and rego is due next week

    Insurance actually wasnt a problem, went with aami. Could only afford 3rd party fire and theft though, but its fully covered with blower and everything else so thats good.

    I payed $500 for the set of green tops brand new from bosch.

    Im having troubles with my throttle body sticking atm. Its doing my head in. Ive tried to fix it twice now, and ive thought its all good, but it tricked me. Fixed it this morning, all good after a 15 min drive. Then went to go for another drive later on, and it was sticking! GRRRRR. Its fine when cars off, but when its running it happens. Only when throttle is slowly released, not when its snapped shut

    can you got a stronger spring for it? i would say you have a fair bit of pressure trying to push it open. maybe a problem with the blow off valve?

    Have never seen a stronger spring for them, but ive been mucking around putting spacers etc in to get spring tension up. Ill try with BOV tighter too

    i mean maybe your blowoff valve isnt letting the air out quick enough, so theres a bit of pressure pushing on the throttle instead?

    Could be a thought stocky, how would i check though?
    Although with the standard throttle body and no cooler, so blower was pushing straight into throttle, it never did it. Might just have to rip it off and try stock throttle and see how that goes

    where abouts is your BOV? just remember that now you have an extra couple of metres of piping on there, which means more air needs to be pushed out the BOV, and more air to push against a closed throttle

    Stocky, BOV is on the throttle body side of the piping, where the top rad hose is.

    V8 stato, im paying $485 p/a insurance, and i have my full license but i am only 21

    Well standard throttle is back on and works fine again, so it was a dodgey throttle body. I knew i should have forked out the extra and got a Yella Terra one

    Thanks mate, i emailed the bloke i bought it off about it, but i doubt they will do anything. They are actually a proper business though, melbourne carbys, so maybe they have some sort of procedure
