umm you get them out with great difficulty.


you dont have to take yours out. mine were rattling. peice of **** auto.

and yes i am lazy. mine would have stayed there but.

1. i got sick of the smell of dextron 3 burning off the exhaust.
2. the annoying rattle.

should have my tune by the end of the week. cant wait.

that is one sweet paint job and a nice ride.

To answer the question of getting the trans cooler lines out, I find the easiest way is to undo the exhaust manifold from the block on the drivers side, and drop the whole Y pipe, it also helps if you drop the rack, if you do it right you wont need to drop it off completly and wont need a wheel alignment.

SO are you going to end up putting that supporing plate in? You know i rekon your gona have to lift the engine or spend about 4hrs trying to fit it in.

yerrp mischa its a box off job. or drop the steering rack etc.


and its going to be easier to get the box off then i can replace those parts that are noisy(bas tards)

well i passed my p plate test. so i now can drive by myself.. gotta get a few more mechanical things fixed then i can get onto the mods..

i installed some lcd.. light sticks. they are pretty crazy lol.. thanks richie.


other than that. just be driving her.. and maybe looking for an ss kit at the same time..

but so far so good.



i cant think of anything else i want to do to it.. umm i have to install a cigarette lighter point into my boot to plug my fridge into

You can feel the differnce in power gas v petrol so it is a noticable diff. (talking about haydz car, i dont do the gas thing...)

Gearbox had to come out to make way for a new clutch and thrust bearing..

Yeah thats it really.. fun fun.. now i gotta put it all back together..

Well I got a new clutch

it will be going in tomorrow. hopefully no more noises.. from the piece of poo.

also i got some new wheels that will be going on when i have the gearbox all done..



Also i got brand new engine mounts the other day.. made the ride a fair bit smoother hopefully the new clutch and flywheel balancing etc will make for the ride im looking for..




oh yeah i have all 4 practically new done 30 thousand kays and i need to get the chrome dress rims for the other 2 and also chrome studs and centre caps.

but all will come in time.. when they are on the car i will take some pics and update

What clutch did ya end up getting? And ya better have got genuine engine mounts lol. For piece of mind anyway.
