Series 1 looks pretty much the same as the vr statesman, series 2 had a different rear garnish and lights and look HEAPS better, i think different interior too.
Series 3 had a different rear bar, the number plate indent was different, and came with some of the VT colors.
Im sure there is more differences but they are what im aware of
