My Ride

This is my ride so far.
it hasnt had that much done to it yet,
all it has is
17x8 hdt rims painted gold
brake callipers painted gold
silver strip on side replaced with black
lowered alilbit (diff shocks n springs)
new jvc ipod headunit
mtx 6's in the rear
painted engin bay preaty much everythings gold
hsv cold air intake
high flow air filter knn
exhaust tip ( will soon be a full catback )
sony amp with a 12 inch pioneer sub
multi coloured neons in the footwells that change colours by a controller
white and black numberplate [that is constantly changeing =] ]
tinted tail lights

thats it so far

Any tint will make it illegal except the factory tinted lights. But definately go tinted cos I am not really into the altezza ones any more. I used to have the black ones, but bought calais ones cos they look better and every man and his dog has the altezza ones now. If you are getting the altezza lights, go the black ones. The chrome ones only look good on silver and white cars, and even then they still don't look that good. Just my 2 cents.

ah yes that would be sick! howmuch the respray cost

Closed door respray cost me $3750. Thats fixing about 5-6 dents. Weld up spoiler holes and badge holes, fitting and spraying the ss kit as well. Reasonable price I think.

what does closed door mean? =D as in its done at a properplace with the encolsure orr?

Done at a proper place and all. It means that inside the door jambs engine bay and inside of the boot doesn't get done. Basically look at your car with all the doors shut, what you see will get painted.

yeah man i like. id go with tha 'calais' tails (even tho my old vs berlina had em too) over altezzas, much better look in my opinion. usually i cant stand engine covers and random engine bay shizz sprayed, but yours look really good. nice job

thanks mate, thinki might be getting my rims machine to get chips out and resprayed in same gold what you think?
