Glad to see you got what you wanted in the end, and the 5ltr wont disapoint.
But damn does it need a clean up.
Any future plans for it?

Plans in the near future are... (when I sell off my other car) get it resprayed in black and definitly get the aircon going again, but as summer is well and truly over not too worried about that just yet. And if funds allow, drop the ride height and a set of 18"s.
Power wise, 165kw is a pretty dam good increse from 85kw so will leave that alone for a while, but will be looking into upgradeing the power level later on.
And Juzo, there was no 2 ways about getting the manual box even though it took a while to find one. I don't think I could live with an auto, no way near as much fun.

Sweet ride man. V8 with a manual behind it has got to be a lot of fun. Black paint is a good plan, can't go wrong with a nice fresh black paint job. The colour will suit the V8 sound.

The pod filters sound is muffled by the big bore and it should work better than it does now when i get around to getting a sheild for it as it gets hot radiator air being blown in it.
Have also got a later model bodykit for the car comeing. Just have to pick it up in the coming weekend

Cheers, the bay isnt really up to showroom condition yet in my opinion it needs constant attention as well as the rest of the car since I have to travell up and down a gravel driveway at home and at work there is a heavy machinery parts yard on grass/dirt across the road and when its windy the car gets covered in dust , the pic makes it look better than it really is.
Now just have to wait till Sunday so I can pick up the bodykit. Then I'll have to save some pennys so I can respray the car black. But for the meantime I'll spray the Kit in black primer and get it fitted so at least it wont stand out like dogs balls while I save for a compleate respray.

Have now got the new front bumper on, not a perfect fit but close. Also have new rotors on the front as well as new bendix ultimate pads front and rear, new bendix dot 4 brake fluid and the rear rotors were machined. Will post a pic of the new bumper on the car when i find my camera.
