hey guys.. i last posted about 5months ago when i first bought the car.. but back then i didnt know how to upload pics.. anyway i just thought id share my pride and joy with all of youlet me know what you guys think
Model: 1997 Vs II Clubsport
Build Number: 2079
Engine: 5.0 Litre 185i
Kms: 165,000
Transmission: 5spd Manual with EXEDY heavy-duty clutch
Air Induction: HSV cold air intake with BMC Panel AirFilter
Sound System: Sony In-Dash Dvd Player, Alpine v12 4-Channel Amp, Coustik 2-Channel Amp, 12 inch JL Audio sub, 6" JL Audio Splits, 6" JL Audio Rears.
At the moment the car is pretty stock standard.. only things that have been changed is the BMC filter, the clutch, iv dropped it on SL king springs, tinted the windows and put the sound system in..
Future Mods: im hoping to get an exhaust/headers on asap, im probably going to chuck SSL springs on the rear as its still sitting a little high.. i wana get them things done first before i start looking at harder performance mods..
Give me some personal opinions on what you guys reckon =] enjoy!

haha thanks mate! yeahhh my mate has a cherry black VS clubby and i was surprised that his seats wernt like mine... i thought they all came out with these seats haha now i realise how lucky i am :P
as for the clutch.. its awsome! when i first bought the car the stock clutch was starting to get a bit tighter as it was wearing.. and it wasnt grabbing until ur foot was 3-quarters off! so i spent about $700 to have the EXEDY installed and its really good! it grabs much earlier and firmer now.. and yeah but i was surprised at the fact that its not as hard to push in as the stock one! its actually abit lighter ahaha :P

Oh ok thats good, ive heard good things about them.
Hang on, yours is a series 2? With the getrag box? And it only cost you $700 to get clutch put in?!
My uncle has the getrag box in his ute and they quote him $1700!!! or if it were a series 1 it woulda only been $500 lol.
So whats plans power wise?
haha yeah series 2 and only cost me $700 including installation :P i used to work at a car dealer so i got it done pretty cheap
as for power mods.. the first thing coming will defiantly be extractors and an exhaust.. don't ask me what type/brand/size exhaust because i havnt decided yet.. was hoping to get some opinions on here
i dnt know what else im going to do after the exhaust.. havnt really sat down and thought about it.. what would u recommend?

I'm gonna be in the market for a VS clubby soon - F*ckin love 'em. What you pay for yours? What was on the clock?
hahaha i got mine pretty cheap actually! i picked it up for only $12,500 and its a series II !! it only had 150,000kms on the clock and i had absolutaly no trouble at all getting another roady for it! interior is clean, paint is clean and motor was in MINT condition with no leaks at all! haha only bad thing was i had to go all the way past geelong to buy it.. and they had no-one making an effort to go out there and have a look at it.. so they sold it cheap just to get rid of it! hahahahaha
