My 93 Vr: Ovrkill

Hey guys hear is my vr let me know what u think.

Model: VR exce 1994 ('Dec '93 Plate)
Colour: respray (lambo red)
Engine: V6, Full engine rebuild was at 100k
Engine mods: None...yet (bellmouth removed) Cutom bored 62.5mm throttle body, stainless mandrel intake pipe and k&N pod filter
Exhaust: Gennie extractors, 2.5" cat-back exhaust with Lukey straight-through muffler and new catalytic convertor
Gearbox: Auto stage 2 shift kit
Diff: LSD soon 3.7 gears
Brakes: stock.. DBA slotted disc brakes, Bendix Ultimate brake pads
Susspension: Shortened front shocks and custom springs, sway bars, Pedders adjustable panhard rod, Whiteline strut brace
Whiteline over-sized front and rear anti-roll bars
Wheels: 20" XHP eninem soon white walls
Interior: Custom guages and holder, genuine red Sparco reclining racing seats, custom fiberglass moulded door pods and rear parcel shelf, retrimmed swayed roof. red spedo facia, painted a few interior things, Isotta red leather sports steering wheel and leather hand-brake cover and Red facia instrument dials
Stereo: Everything is ALPINE CDA-9884EI head unit, with R TYPE 6" in the front and also in the rear with tweaters, with R TYPE 12" sub powered by a 600w mono block amp sound deadened roof, fornt doors parcelshelp and boot!
Other Mods: 2800 high stall, SS fornt and rear lip with clubsport side skirts, BMW side clear indercators, Midnight Express dark tint, chrome tail-lights, WA custom plates "OVRKILL", Rhino RAMv2 alarm (witch will call your phone if the alarm goes off)

Looks heaps nice mate, how come the doors handles didn't get a coat of paint too?

Very nice, the lambo red looks killer but I have to agree with NickVR on the door handles.

if you want it to get quick then look at a turbo or supercharger set up. Other than that the usual, extractors, high flow exhaust, CAI, rockers, and a foam tune with some 3.7 diff gears

i got the car after it recived the paint job but it got some chrome handels now just put one side on to see what they look like and i am going to get new handels and give they a coat of paint with the cgrome on top

have looked into turbo kits for the old girl but fuel is the next worrie in line... and need to get a up graded memcal due the the high stall the engin light comes on and affects the transmition.

Looks ALOT better with the chrome handles, will look even better with the rest of the chrome around the windows.

what brand tyres are those and the dimensions? they look good.

this is a custom fiberglass bumper i got with the car! dont really like it but it was free and would be good to see what it looks like when it is all finished up i guess

yea i know, i was thinking of a 304 or a RB25 but with fuel prices these days iam not to sure about it any more and it is not like i am swiming in money cheers

id retrim the door inserts mate, maybe some red leather its an easy mod
