hey man if you want more bass from your subs turn them around facing the back of the boot.

you would think it would be the opposite but it reflects off the rear of the boot and sounds tonnes better.

yea im happy with the bass im getting now, not really after more.

seats are just the factory stock ones that came out with this model, i like em but i still need to get a 1cm rip repaired though.

i should hopefully have it lowered before c4c5 but ill see how i go.

wish i coulda gone to the sydney one but work always keeps me busy.

seems to be a rare colour in calais 2 tone but ive seen a bunch of VR/VS Berlina with the full car in this colour.

got new tyres on the VR yesterday to hold me till i get some rims in the next few months.

not sure wether or not the calais v8 had the v8 badges or not since i seem to see a 50/50 split with some on and some off, so i'm not sure if they have been debadged or badges added but i wanted em so i chucked a pair on.



picked these up today as well, just got to get the front and rear SS lips and ill be right to get em painted.

yea, just got to get the lips, rear lips are always over 200km away and front lips are always expensive , will just have to wait and watch to get them.

not gonna just put the skirts on.

I reckon dont put a kit on... but hey at least your only putting a small lip on it, not a clubby kit or anything.
And personally i would completly debadge it, and the V8 badge looks crowded with the series 2 badge.
The series 2 badge is MEGA ugly you should ditch that

i know i need to get it lowered, but considering the pacemakers as it is are hitting certain things, im getting the rest of the SS kit & the rims then lowering it so everything will sit right and i wont loose the front SS lip on the first excursion.

Im painting the engine covers atm, ill see how that turns out.

the highflow airbox lid has already been ordered, should arrive tommorow or tuesday & i plan on keeping the CAI AND adding a Morton Spec CAI but not with bunnings piping, i dont like how that stuff looks.

Nah man, race-spec CAI looks horn You LOVE it. Nothing classier than special order bunnings pipe and a half dozen cable ties. That's where it's at
