Default 96 VS Series 2 Equipe

Hey I'm Darren, this is my second car, bought it for $5400 and got a 3 year warranty with it. I aim to do as much labour as possible as myself as I want to learn things about the car as I work with it, thankyou Gregorys manual! .

Model: 1996 VS Series 2 Equipe.
Colour: Alaskan White
Odometer: 70,XXX when I got it, about 73,000 now
Bodykit: -
Engine Type: Ecotec 3.8
Engine Mods: -
Exhaust: 2.5" Lukey Catback with no rear resi
Gearbox: 4 speed auto
Diff: 3.08 LSD
Brakes: Standard
Suspension: King Springs Lows
Wheels/Tyres: 17" VX SS
Interior: Standard Equipe, (power windows & electric antenna)
Sound System: Pioneer DEH 2050 MPG headunit.
What I want to do it:
-Remove all door rubber strips, badges, mudflaps etc - DONE
-New wheels (17" VX SS) DONE - $200
-Buy & fit king springs - DONE - $300 fitted at home
-Paint Boot garnish white - DONE -$12 for paint
-Paint engine cover, fuse box and air box DONE $0
-15% Tint all round - DONE $280 with lifetime warranty.
-White Mirrors - DONE - $50
-Lukey 2.5" exhaust DONE - $250 at home
-Extractors
-Chrome Mould Surrounds
-Calais/Berlina Taillights (or those HSV clear/dark smoke altezzas to match my tint) & Clear Indicators
-CAI
-Super lows and shortened shocks
-V8 fuel tank.
-New rims.
-Subs
-Leather seats
-Caprice or Calais door trims

Picked up my king springs yesterday and had them all in by about 6 last night with the help of a mate...also last weekend took off all the strips and badges apart from the lion holden logos...

looking good mate, im geussing they are superlows by the stance should settle a little bit to to make it a touch lower, the boot garnish is fairly easy to paint i done mine and it came up a treat until i snapped it when putting some new tail lights in .

used some etch prep stuff which you just wipe on or you can give it a sand with sum very fine sandpaper then gave it 3 coats of the toushup paint from supercheap cant emember what shade of white i used but it matches it well

Havent been able to do much lately, had trials for HSC and working every other day...but the other day I painted the engine cover, fuse and air box....
