LOL. I'm not soft either. Rather than use the aircon in my International, I'd rather have the windows down. Not removing it tho.

Since your not soft, you might aswell take the doors and windscreen out

Bellmouth removal does stuff all except lean out the 2 rear cylinders. Was taught this by Dave (Airstrike) and several other members a while ago. Now it annoys me when so many people ask how much power is to gain from removing the bellmouth (probably how i used to annoy people when i asked lol)

It's there to evenly distribute air to all 6 cylinders. If you wanna mod it, cut the end off the snouth on the bellmouth, it will still do **** all, but alot of people feel the need to modify it so they can say they have done it. Better off leaving it in there. The only time you would probably be best off taking it out, is if you bolt a supercharger to your engine.

Nice car, but you should have gone with a VS HSV front bar, those later model kits to suit earlier model Commodores should be illegal because they look god awful. Each to their own though. Have fun on a foggy day when you can't see **** out your windows, or if you get defected and need to get a RWC to clear it, you won't pass without your air con etc module in there, it's considered unroadworthy by law to not have it in there and working.

Hi... regarding the bellmouth .... i took mine out (lol partly due to i felt like doing something to the car as you said) ... Anyway when i was getting my chip from Greenfoam i asked him about the bellmouth mod as i was thinking of putting mine back in so the air was evenly distributed .... and he suggested i leave it out cause at high revs it leans out the opposing cylinders. I took his advice and have left it out .... cause from what i have read he knows his stuff regarding the vp to vr mods.
Might modify it and put it in and see how it goes as you suggested.
I would feel slack though not heeding the advice of someone that is always making his car faster.

    #### Sorry if this is a thread hijack .... Nice car sen8tor, bellmouth removal is fun if you feel the need to do some work on your car, especially when you have run out of funds for some serious engine upgrades.... like i have.
