was going 2nd and 3rd mainly, was the first big skid ive done in it so didnt wanna push it too hard.

nah dont really want fronts, too much hassle changing bags to struts on the front for a defect.
not gunna bother engineering it. doing it for the rears is to much time in my books anyway.

been busy working my ass off trying to make it to the nats!
And now thats over and done with now ive got some time to update my thread!

Canceled my rego and wont be bothering with road use with it anymore.
Too much dicking around just to please the poo-lice. So now ive ended
up with a dedicated skid bitch, with im pretty wrapped about.


Cause it wasnt being rego'd anymore i can finally fk off that ugly ABS module and clean up the bay like ive always wanted so the engine
came out and ready to be treated.



The bay was filthy as, previous owner had a brake fluid leak and it ate
away some of the paint on the drivers side and rusted away. As you can see the bay was a massive let down to the car





So after a few days after work i started tackling the bay and making it cleaner and getting rid of the ABS/ Cruise control and ignition module as its not being used anymore so no need for those holes in the bay
smoothed abit of the rad support too



So after i was happy with how it all came along it was time to
spray the first coat of paint on and was suprised on how glossy
only one coat gets!



Another coat later.. getting shiner by the minute



And the final lick of paint, thought id to under the bonnet too while im at it

Now easternats was a fkn ball and car went mint.
grabbing top gear limiter like a fkn champion! constantly onto the burnout pad giving the old girl a hiding.

Had a whole heap of tyres to go through...



Within the first hour on the friday i blew half of my rear bar when the tyres popped. Clips to the bar fell off so had to make a temporary fix for it haha

So then it was back out to the track to blow more rubber all over the track!

Then the burnout comp was on so i thought fk it im entering!
Came 6th on the saturday, then 13th on the sunday!





Came out looking better then i entered

then it was time to head off home

Wasnt really thinkin about hidden wiring cause then the battery has to go back to the boot and too much fkin around.
