    Cheers.
The fake floor was pritty easy , just used some 16mm mdf for the bottom and top and some random wood i had around the house for the "beams" , and its pritty much the same as a packing pallet in design , just used cardboard to get the shape of the boot floor ,cut it out , then screwed the floor to the beams , put it in the car then used another piece of cardboard and cut the top. and split it down the middle using hinges so it opens. screwed the top down and bobs yah uncle . And the good thing is the stock boot carpet covers the floor almost completely and the stupid bump near the rear seats is now flat with the whole floor, so the sub boxs fitted in easy as too , Oh yeh and yah hardly loose any boot space with this, yah still could fit suitcases, fishing rods ,what ever stilll in the boot easy as

Nah they dont over heat at all (well not yet), and ive had them up loud for like 1 hour and no real heat at all , thats cos air can go thru the whole fake floor because the ends dont have anything on them like a packing pallet lol

comming along good man, may i suggest putting some computer fans in the floor, i no u say it won't over heat, but you can get large fans that spin in a colour, i used some for the box i built to hide the airbag setup in my boot cause the compressors get so hot it was a must. You could wire in like 4 or something and with them spinning u would be able to see the amps a bit, could look good. i got my comp fans off ebay, i can post a picture of my box if u wanna see em spinning?. Let me no

    Good luck
    Ben
