nathan! good starting point! love the berlina's! good luck with the future mods mate!
thanks bro, post your wheels in the forsale bit yet?
Why oh why do you have stockies on the back?
Apart from that it looks like a good starting point

Thanks fella's, mods are coming slowly, but atleast they are happening.
the only reason I have stockies on the back was to pass rego cause I got them cheap from the wreckers, a better option IMO than buying new tyres cause the tread on both of them was above 90%. Soon im gonna take them into work and change the tyres back to the berlina rims, and then hopefully get some new rims
I don't like the look of it, but its the only way i can drive untill i can swap the tyres over.
Recently changed the waterpump, very easy thanks to some handy threads off this forum. Seems to have hopefully fixed a small leak as the old one was pretty worn.
There still seems to be some loss of water/coolant when the engine cools down, I'll take it into work soon so i can get a good look underneath.
I am on the hunt for a new or second hand left tail light..any one who can help, would be much appreciated![]()
Yay, got my newish tail light today, the reflector is pretty worn, but it makes it so much more appealing than what it used to look like
Also painted my stockies a nice alloy silver, and whilst yes I am expecting to get flamed by some becuase they are not original stockies, IDC..It will do untill i get some new rims, or proper chaser rims with some nice fat rubber![]()
Thanks buddy, yeah I have always liked the idea of just the stock rims, cheap tyres
i just want some newish ones of a vz, or maybe even machine some newer ones from a ve, i think they are bigger, maybe 17 x7.5?
But I want silver ones cause they blend in nicely with the chrome strips around the car.
your berlinas not a bad looking car either ....aye whered did yu get ur springs compressed and how much did it cost? ?
Cheers, when I got my car lowered, they compressed the spring for me for no added cost, but id assume it couldnt be much more than $50 a spring i reckon. Any steering or suspension workshop, or even Peddars should be able to do them.
Currently awaiting economic crisis money from K.Rudd..budgeted already, if everything thing goes to plan, should end up with a new 2.5" catback exhaust, window tint and some REAL silver interceptors with fat rubber.
IF ALL GOES TO PLAN lol
Nice Berlina, I love Berlinas.
^^ Thanks fella's..I try and keep it clean, not hard when i have free carwash open to me whenever I want, but sometimes I just can't be stuffed.
Going for my green P's tomorrow afternoon!! Going to be so much better without as many restrictions. Wish me luck? haha
Just got my Green's![]()
Thinking of the HID conversion. Anyone done this or seen it done before? I wouldn't think it is that hard.
Any opinions?
Exhuast paid off today, should be here sometime next weekReback 2.5" cat back.
Bought some things today to service, will take it into work on Saturday morning to make use of the hoists. Also bought some new Phillps globes. Decided this would be a much much cheaper option than HID. I will put them in tonight and see how I go.
Some new pictures with my new Philips 'Bluevision' globes. Taking car into work tomorrow morning to service and do wheel alignment and power steering flush.

What's the go with these globes? Are they just brighter? The ones on my VS are pretty dull.
