got some better ones of my car now.
first car. completely stock except exhaust tip, and clear side indicators. next thing i want is the taillights with clear indicators, not the altezza ones, the stock ones. i'ts done 198,000 kms which i think isn't toooo bad for a VR.
Good stuff Alaskan_VR... Will be interested to keep an eye on progress... Is it a VR I or II?

Here is some more recent pics of my car, it now has a S2 Calais front bar with fog lights and side chrome strip holes plastic welded and painted.
this is my VS1 acclaim, the rims are vt senators, does anyone have any pics of a car the same colour as mine that has been done up, cos i'm not to fond of the colour, but dont want to change it, cheers.

Hey stretch, My VS is exactly the same colour and it has been lowered and it has the VX s pac mags on it. It looks alot better once its lowered rides pretty nice too.
I have just bought a VX clubby kit for it and next week i am getting it fitter and painted. I will post some pics before and thhen at the end of next week ill put some photos on it when the kit is on. It will give you a good idea what that colour looks like when its been done up a bit.
I am so looking forward to it, it should look fairly sweet.
I am also looking for some new mags for it, does anyone have any ideas what would be the best to go on it, Chrome, silver or shadow chrome. I personally think shadow chrome but wouldnt mind some opinions on the idea....
Another thing, if i get new mags ill be looking to off load the VX spac mags, how much u reckon they would be worth to sell or any offers from anyone on here?

Cost me just over $1000 for all the parts and fitting, which also included guard rolling (rears) and spring retensioning. It was all from Buy Direct tyres and wheels in thomastown.

Hey, Got some Photos of my VS now. This is how it looks now but within 2 weeks i will have the VX clubby kit on it. Im also getting the dint in my back panel fixed at the same time. I will post pics when the kit is complete and hopefully should have some new mags on it soon. Like i said before im not sure what to get yet so any suggestions?

hey 96vs have u ever seen a blue commodore with black clear tail lights like the opposite of yours, just wondering.
Nah sorry hey i havnt. I have only seen the black ones on white VS's. My opinion is the ones i got look pretty good but there seem to be a few people on this forum who dont like clear tail lights at all hey.
Guess everyone has their own opinion, which is fine...
