    Default Alexs VS Ute

this is my 95 VS ute. its a V6 manual

    - lowered with superlows and the rears have been reset further

    - 18" VE SS wheels machined to fit with special nuts

    - pionner headunit and splits, sub and amp (custom box under the tray for the sub)

    - poly air bags in the rear to make the ride a bit more comfy... when the springs were reset and the bumpstops were even trimmed it still smashes the diff housing when you go over bumps so got the airbags to fix it and also to carry loads

    - fresh respray in panther mica but it was a shit job and its got a few scratches and stuff so will probably fix it up one day

    future:
    - leather seats (maybe out of a VY SS or something
    - paint the interior black (hate the grey colour)
    - get a new headunit to plug an ipod in

then when i finish on my Ps put a 304 or LS1 in it...

    thats about it...

PS, the first pic is what it looked like before getting it lowered + wheels

yeah mate had to get lower profile tyres for the fronts.

the VE tyres were 245/45/18s and i bought 235/40/18s so they fit under the strut.

    the rears fit pretty well.

ill be painting the wheels matte black one day too, ive seen a few commodores with them now so ill paint them black to keep it different. maybe some red walls too

    nice ute

should look great with matt black wheels, if you have the money try powder coating the finish should last a bit longer than paint.

    Does powder coating cost much?
