    Default MG's '94 VR Executive

Hi guys, I have been a member for a little while now so i thought i should post my ride up. Car is pretty much stock and thats how i like them.

    Car: 1994 VR Executive V6

    Colour: Kira Aqua

    Wheels: Stock Executive Hub Caps

    Motor: Stock 3800 V6

Suspension: Lowered springs approx 70mm rear & 60mm front. Car doesn't look very low but the centre exhaust sits approx 8cm off the ground.

    Stereo: Head unit- Pioneer
    Front speakers- 6" Pioneer 200w
    Rear speakers- Kenwood 6" 200w
    Amp- Kenwood 1000w Mono Block
    Subs- Kenwood 12" 1200w x2

    Exhaust: Stock

Future Mods: Only planning on getting the windows tinted and fix up all the tiny scratches and dints and maybe some acclaim hub caps. I can't do much to motor etc due to red P's. Bought the car for $600, cost me around $100 to get it road worthy and fix all problems, needed another transmission which cost $300 and put it in myself so in total it cost me about $1000 which i dont think is too bad for this. It also had 4 new tyres, 1 yr old radiator and new brake pads.

The first pic is of the car before i lowered it and the rest are pics i took the other day.

Let me know what you all think!

Yeah, Good score on that. Did you happen to buy it off a member here?
How many K's it done, it looks pretty clean.

Some tint would set it off nicely.

Yeah bought it off here, fixed all the problems and cost me barely anything. I think the guy who was selling it made it out as if the problems were huge but a weekend of work fixed everything and my dad being a mechanic also helped cause i could get very cheap parts etc lol.

It has done 280,000 which is the only bad thing but the motor is still strong, i thought it had a knock and so did the guy selling it but there was just a little crack in the manifold so i welded it back up a runs smooth and quiet. The first week i after i got it on the road i drove about 1000km in a week and it hasn't missed a beat.

It is very very clean on the inside and good outside and yes im hoping to get the tint done when i get paid next lol.

Yeah, I thought it might have been. I wanted to have a look at it, but never got things happening and was abit scared with some members saying its stuffed and others saying it was, looks like you took the risk and it paid off, good on ya, even if you are now ditching your VH

Yeah it sure did pay off, i'm happy with it. Haha yeah i feel bad getting rid of it, i really wanted to get it going but i just didn't have the time for it and when i saw this car i thought i would snap it up cause it would have worked out cheaper and less time consuming buying the VR. I want to keep the VH for a project cause i love it but mum wants it gone asap cause we have 8 cars in a family of 4 lol and need to park the newer cars under the car port.

I also forgot to mention it came with 4 new tyres, 1 yr old radiator and new brake pads. I got the receipts for all of these.

Thought i'd update this and get some more recent photo's on here. Since the previous photo's i have put on clear side indicators, front bumper grills and i have taken off the hubcaps and sprayed them silver with some centre caps. I have a chrome twin dump tip for the car just need to find some time to fit it lol.

    Anyway here are some pics.

Yeah its look a bit tuffer lol. I should have given it a wash before i took some pics.

If you can see the scuff mark on the front RH corner of the bumper i don't have any idea how that got there. I didn't hit anything i think when i have been parked or something someone's car has rubbed against mine or something i dunno, not happy!
