    Default Cheboorator's VR Wagon

Well finally, I got my next car. We all know what horrible thing happened to my old car (refer to pic 2).

I've transfered the wheels across and the seats (took me 4 bloody hours to do the seats). The interior needs a bit of work and there are a few dents on the outside.

The only problem now is i have the SS kit left over, glad i didn't put it on to my old car.

    My current look:

What it used to be at some point in time:

    Very nice.

How much did those seats set you back if you don't mind me asking?

Approx $680 for the pair and the adaptors for the rails. It took a certain company about 3 months to get my order right, so maybe they gave me a discount in the end.

Once she is lowered it will look awsome. Going to use the same front springs off the old car?

Don't think i'll be able to do that my self. i'll probably get someone to just level it out for me, the back is like twice as high as the front. And the back wheels scrape when turning. Gotta think about how I'm going to fix that.

Nice start. I like your rims and are envious of your seats. I must get around to putting some better ones in my wagon.

Many reasons really. (sounds stupid but..) always liked commodores with stockies, looks kinda authentic or original if you know what i mean.

I'm also putting the money towards the engine (i'm selling the rims). Wanna make it into a sleepa. Slowly saving up for a turbo.

On the side note i don't need to roll up my guards now, they were scraping like crazy.

Yeah I know what you mean, I love em on stockies aswell, makes them look real mean. Good thinking with the engine mods, I really like wagons modified, keeps them away from people thinking they are the usual family car lol. Good luck mate.

Commodores look tough on the interceptors I reckon. Are the super lows just springs and standard shocks? because if you have a look at mine it sits a little higher above the tyre than yours does and mine are supposed to be super lows also.

I think I may have V8 springs...do yours just have "SL" and the part number on them? or SSL?

I haven't checked that before. I had the part number written down somewhere, can't find it now.
