took it to the drags the other week but the new fuel pump is playing up and its really starting to P*** me off haha. only started once I gave it some down at the strip.. thinking about just ditching the whole petrol system, getting a new manifold and tuning it on straight gas. when I get back from phuket i'm gonna look into it. also once the fuel tank is gone I would like to get a twin system exiting either side of the rear

Nice looking VS mate, i love that colour (As mine shows) and yeah, I agree about dropping the spoiler and adding a VS Bobtail (As mine also shows). They just give the tough look of no spoiler but also finish off the rear end with that little bit extra.

Any power adders on the cards? Stroker, Boost Etc, SOMETHING???

yeh man, love the look of the bobtail ay. Got some other priorities to sort out before the car gets any attention atm, but down the track I would love to make it a weekend car and stick a stroker in her with a big solid cam :P. All dreams for now though!

    just a tiny update,
ive come to think my petrol issues are to do with the fuel return line possibly being off in my petrol tank so I will have to take out the tank and make sure all is on correctly. I just put some recon injectors into it as I had a blocked injector and while I was at it I put all new heater hoses, new dizzy cap and rotor button in as well..

nice car mate, i say remove the spoiler and if you want put the spac if not leave it.

one thing i hate about genuine ss is the rear bar lip comes in 3 pieces and i think think it wrecks the tough look of an ss.

cheers guys, stoked with the number plates, reckon they stand out nicely. I've got some rubber stops to put into the holes where the spoiler bolts to... was gonna do it ages ago but never got around to it. might give it a go soon and see what it looks like.

I would have to agree with you in saying it looks a bit dodgy with it in 3 pieces. would look much better all smoothed as one piece.. I would personally never do that though because it would make it look fake and people would be inclined to think the car is a lookalike

haha I was waiting for someone to pick up on that. Not looking for a new car at the moment mate, just need money towards house deposit right now. Have a scooter to get around on for the time being and then looking at getting a Nissan Patrol later on.
