cheers mate, since i got my senator ive wanted some hsv rims or atleast replicas to try to keep it looking like a hsv. But after putting the gts's on i was in love lol. The looked so massive and suited it so well...just gotta scape the cash together to buy a set.

true, ive got no clue...thought they were factory on the vr senators...although mine has had a rear end smash at some stage. does yours have the hsv stamp? mine doesnt, but its still plastic.

got a few good things for the senator.....

1, got a new lsd from a vz thunder with 30 tho kms with 3.46s ready to be fitted
    2. new tyres for the rear
But! Today on the way to my mates place to go put the new diff in went 2nd-3rd chirp and bang my t5's 3rd gear was blow to bits! so now at idle it just makes metal crunching noises from the box. So now its upgrade time....ive got a tremac t56 conversion ready for my next car i was gonna get(wh grange) but have now decided to try to work the senator a little more...so im looking into getting the t56 modified to fit behind the 304 and also might be getting a cam done. But because it was only 3rd that shattered im pretty lucky that i bought another t5 a while back for parts that had the 2nd gear smashed so hopefully if all goes to plan i will rebuild the t5 and it will go up for sale along with a manual conversion and t56 will go in. ^_^ so hopefully the t56 will be a bit stronger seeing as the t5 just broke so easy.

So anyone got any ideas about it all, any input would be great.

its looking quiet the pig atm lol, since the gearbox shit itself ive been trying to fix it but cant seem to save money lol. Yeah i've gotten a few comments about them, But im not a fan lol, been trying to sell em for ages with no luck. The vegas' 20x8.5s, hopefully i can get rid of them so i have my gts's on it which are 20x8.5s on the front and 20x9 on the rear. But ill most likely only keep them for a little bit then ill sell them to fund a supercharger and a set of vs gts's, clubbys or senator 17s. The 20 inch tyres are killing me (i have 3 sets now).

Well the senator is all fixed now and i've managed to get my gts rims to fit on the rear with the 275s, but i did have to raise it a bit but as soon as it needs new tyres i should be able to get some 245,30s to fit a bit better. so heres a few pics of it with my gixxer

been a while since ive posted anything because my bike keeps chewing all my cash so ive had none to spend on the cars, but ive gotten some new wheels. Genuine vz maloos, its a bit weird going from 20x9 and 20.8.5 to 19x8s, they fit allot better but offset is a bit gay so im thinking of going lower and getting some spacers to fill the guards properly anyways. let me know what you think.

Got a few more snaps the other day, so I'll post them up when I jump on the computer. Also have arranged to swap my 3.45s for some 3.9s so hopefully all goes well and I'll post the pics when I'm doing the swap

Hi nice car ...love the colour ,be carefull with the oil light comin on and stayin on ,i have a HSV Manta and the light started stayin on while drivin it so i checked everything as you do and was about to replace the oil pump as it had hardly any oil up top and was gettin a bit rattly but a clue'y mechanic friend said it wouldnt be the pump and to run it over to him ,as it turned out the oil pickup in the sump was totally blocked off with a very hard sludge ,so after liftin the motor up and takin off the sump and cleaning the crap off with a scraper and hammer as this sludge sets like rock all is good again full oil pressure and no rattles ..thank god for someone who knew wat they were talkin about as about 4 other mechanics said it was the pump
