help fix my vt it wont start

driving the other day my 1998 vt stalled and now wont start...
i thought it could have been air flow but got new one and still not going.
code test comes up error 12 (which is normal when not running)
fuel pump still going so its not that any help would be great

Try the plug going into the coil pack. Pull it out, spray some connector cleaner in there and make sure it's back in nice and firm. I have a VS here that does the same - just stops and won't start. Ended up being the above problem.

Otherwise, you'll have to start at the beginning and check all the usual suspects - Spark at the leads, fuses all ok, fuel etc etc.
