VT rear seat - How much?

Hey guys and gals. A mate of mine is interested in buying a VT (I think) rear seat off me and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should be asking for it. I don't have any pics of it but here's a description:

It's a complete seat with bottom, back and fold-down boot access.
It's trimmed in black material.
The seat inserts have a pattern consisting of blue squiggly lines.
The foam is all good. There are no rips or anything
The bottom seat frame is a little rusty.

What's it worth people?

Can pick the complete rear seat up on ebay for $50 - $100.

My old one had burns and stains so me mate at the wreckers gave me a near new one for nothing.
Their not really worth anything unless their needed.

But if it has SS stitched onto it then your looking at about $100 - $200 for the complete seat.
