and a gearbox(manual) from the vt s1 to a vx to would b interchangable?

are you talking about the k frame?? it'd be a rather silly idea of putting in a vx k frame as ur vt is a 5 litre and no the gearbox won't bolt up sorry to be the bearer of bad news lol
