just wondering if any of you guys put on a supercharger aftermarket to an ecotec v6, thought about it, just wondering about prices and brands etc. and what you got?
lol link fixed:P
to the op its not advised to bolt the standard supercharger onto your v6 as its not designed to run with it! Your better of saving up for a genuine super6 or going a raptor/capa system, just my op newayz![]()

drop the l67 straight in, can't compete with it as far as legalities and ease of installation goes. plus they are making the same numbers as aftermarket chargers, AND ARE a STRONGER MOTOR!!!
i copied from this tab instead of the one i wanted :P
corrected now baha
oh stronger motor?
im guessin because they are designed for the extra pressure?
are there any adjustments needed to swap with a l67?
pretty sure the L67 has a fully forged bottom end and stronger pistons ect, but heres a link to a site with a fair bit of good info on most of the questions around conversions/specs

as said, just go with a factory l67 engine. cheaper, legal, and a lot less trouble.

I got a vx L67 and i can tell you they move v gd. and they are alot of fun, they are also one of if not the best bang for buck out there. i hve got 247rwhp outta mine so far and it will take a fair bit more before i gotta strip it down and start from scratch.
as posted before alot mr reliable than a bolt on to ecotec unit and fully legal and insurable
