    Default scorching from TB

    Hey guys.

    Have a bit of a small dilemma from the Mrs' VT SS 195i. It somehow seems to be heating up quite a lot from the Throttle Body onto the engine covers which seems to be melting the bonnet cover thing on the engine side.. pics as follows:

    have you cleaned the throttle body as blockage can cause this but its nothing i have ever seen before.

    yeah TB has been completely cleaned out mate, including intake

    is that where the iac stepper motor is? if so could be causing your problem

    Default Could be an exhuast issue

    maybe check your exhaust for blockages.
