Throttle body?

Hi guys, just noticed on my TB there are two cables running to it. One I guess it the accelerator but what is the other one for? The reason im asking is this other cable is lose, has no tension.

I'm having other problems with car so thought this might be related.
My other threads - Cruise control not working and Jumps out of gear.

That "loose" cable you are refering to is for the Cruise Control isnt it?

Cheers buddy, that also fixed my cruise control. Was a loose plug in the end but its sorted now.
