Exclamation warm air coming out of vents even when turned off?

warm air comes out of my air vents even when the climate control is turned off but only while in excelerating the faster i go the more warm air comes out? Also none of the fan speeds work at all,
I checked and changed over but the fuses and relays and still same thing,

    anyone know whats going on?

the reason the fan speeds dont work could be the fan speed resistor is dead (quite common i hear) as for the warm air could be an issue with the blend door in the heater box? not to sure on that one though

I do get that also, But it follows from what i might have been on. Cold little cool air, Warm little cool air nothing extreme.
The VP does it also, Warm enough for you to think it's on 1. VP is very warm in winter.

my climate control only works on high fan speed (and has for over a year ) and ive been told, as brocknjess said, its the fan speed resistor.

As for the warm air, is ur climate control (when off) set to a warm temperature when warm air comes out? Because mine does that too, but if I put it on a cool temperature and turn the air con off, cool air comes out. As far as I know theres nothing wrong with that? I think its normal, but if you dont like it close your vents? (EDIT: oops, thats what slickholden said.. little slow tonight - moreso than usual)

But the cool and warm air that come in when the air con is off is a good thing as far as im concerned, seeing as it doesnt work

sounds like the vents no opening and shutting it happens to me but i have a non climate control model, i just swap it to recycled air. and it stops.

Easy fix i have a vs v6 put two 1/2 inch ball valves and 5/8th connectors and block off the standard heater tap they have the tendency to bypass. Brings your air con down another 5 degrese
