Brake Light Problems

I have a VT Commodore Olypic Edition sedan. My brake lights work fine when I do not have the headlights on. As soon as I turn on my headlights the park lights work and the 3rd brakelight on the back windscreen, however as soon as I brake only the 3rd windscreen brake light appears brighter and the 2 other brake lights do not work.

the reason the high mount brake light is really bright is because your other lights have a bad earth causing the highmount to draw more amps
