ls1 exhaust

Hi guys, I'm looking into a new exhaust for my VT SS. Currently have a 2.5" twin, with standard cats, middle and rear mufflers, it's okay but I'm after that consistant note when you accelerate, plus a little more volume couldn't hurt.

Thinking of going a twin 3" with some high flow cats, maybe 100cpsi, i'm not sure yet. I would appreciate some opinions, tell me what system you're running, videos would be awesome.

take ur resi off it'll open it up more, and either bash out ur cats or get high flow 1's

im thinkin of takin the resi off my twin 2.5 redback..not loud enought want a crackle sorta note

have u got extractors? some big pipes and opened up cats will improve the sound a lot.

yeah john ive got some pacies on there, definately looking at getting some high flow cats at some stage, so much i want to do, so little money.

Here's mine, it's got pacemakers, high flow cats and middle mufflers. I recon it sounds mint.

xforxe do a good twin 3 but only go for a twin 3 if your definetly going over 300rwkw other wise you will lose heaps of low end torque.but get cats and get the resi off or go for a sureflo single 3.5 they sound good

took out the rear resi today, the car has much more volume and conistancy to the note now, plus I've noticed a slight gain in low end power, and less slugishness/hopping at low speeds in second gear, which is awesome.

definately be looking into a twin 3" with some high flow cats in the near future, not_an_abba_fan has quoted me a really good price for this system.

I'll post up a clip of my exhaust without the rear resi tomorrow
