Default run vt engine without fan belt BRIEFLY??

Hi guys, two weeks ago I replaced a worn idler pulley (next to aircon pump), also replaced belt , now I can hear a new whinning squealing noise, checked all pulleys the one I suspect is the tensioner pulley, but cant be absolutely sure, is it ok to briefly run engine without the belt??
