    hey guys, i've got a 5litre vt calais, extractors, getting a 195kw chip, big mouth cold air intake and a k&n filter so it flows in the air better, should it run in the 14s, cheers

    if its auto and the trans is good yeah it should! if its manual then flat change it ( no granny shifting )

    flat shifting in modern cars is an art. It takes alot of practice to learn how to do it and how not to kill your trans.
    I would not recommend your first flat shift be done on the track.

    Second to this, a auto in good condition will run a quicker time than a manual

    in regards to ffs, you'd want to be careful, in a powerful car too much power to the floor with your gear change wont be fun xD
