i am selling my bike and buying a VT/X v6 commodore seadan or wagon, these are the mods i wont to do.
Remove:Badges
Mud flaps
18-19inch mags
lower suspsion
roll/stretched guards
paint brakes/caliper and inside the tiry well
a massive stero system and a false floor in the boot
white line sway bars and strut braces
full stainless steel exhaust system ie extractors and exhaust
over the radiator intake from ss inductions
big bore larger throttlle body
msd spark plug leads
1.97 Hybrid Extreme Ratio Rockers
high volume oil pump

i am only gettin a 6 over a 8 because i wont my misses to drive it without freaking out LOL but she not going to know what i have done ie performance parts but if i get a V8 ill get the 5.7 litre LS1 and install a twin tubo kit and have like 500RKW Plus with very low boost LOL until it rains and turn up the boost LOL

So... if your getting a v6 for your missus to drive.... why do it up? Why not just get a v8 and leave it stock? Wouldn't that be cheaper?

And...why would you want to turn up the boost when it's raining? You've obviously never driven a boosted car...

But... the mods you have listed for the v6... yeah... ok list... also you may want to look at diff gears...

Also... getting, if your trying to get more performance from a car... then doing the massive stereo is not a good thing for it...

So if your after a car that is just loud... then do an exhaust and stereo... and if you want something that goes a bit harder, do the performance stuff and avoid a big heavy stereo system.

Allow me to elaborate. If you think it's a good idea to have a street car that low, you are an idiot. Your car will have less stability, comfort, in most cases handling than the same car with a sensible suspension setup. On top of that, your will scrape on ****ing everything!

The reason people do it? They think it looks cool. If you're that vain, yes I think you're a bit of a tool. Deal with it

If you want a car that handles dont buy a commodore to start with they handle shit from factory you can add coilovers and all the bells and whistles they still have nothing on a import so why try and make them handle, and i dont scrap on everything i hardly scrap at all. and almost everyone on the p's will have a low car we cant do engine mods so we do other things like wheels lowered and shit like that

And no-one asked you about what you think on lowered cars so get back to the thread

i have seen v8 ls1 5.7 litres for 10+ grand but atm i only have 5 grand unless i do an shed clean out lol
also boosted cars in the rain are fun maily when u start on new tyres and power slide/drift all the streets together and need new tyres lol

Yeah Garth89 don't come on here saying stuff like your going to drift around the streets. You will get flamed very badly for it. Leave it for a drift course where it is fully legal and acceptable to do.

Mate... start of this thread... I thought I'd give you a chance and maybe your comment about boosted cars been fun in the yet were just you trying to be sarcastic and funny. Breaking the ice with the members on here.

But, you've proved me wrong, and it seems by gut feeling was right from the start.

Trust me, this forum... doesn't take too well to people talking about driving like idiots on public roads.

I'm all for people having 500rwkw road cars... if they are mature and smart enough to know there is a time and place to give it a run. Public roads... not the place for it.

I recon you should maybe keep the bike, actually... I would suggest maybe a pushy for you. You clearly don't have the mental capacity to understand the responsibility you have when you own a high power car, let alone be on the roads in general.

Get your head straight and smarten up before you think about getting anything near a TT GEN3.
