    Default Great fuel ecomony?

Done a injector service and changed stock air filter to the K&N panel on my car and car now does 780k's to a full tank instead of 580 - 640k's that it usually did! This was a few weeks back, I thought it was a fluke after two fill-ups but re-filled today and got the same result 780 according to the trip computer. I also thought the sensor was stuck or something but it varies from 760 - 780 so I guess it can't be wrong. I always run premium unleaded. So I guess my question is, is this good or should it be better then the 780?

I used to get great economy out of my 98 VT. 650kms per tank for urban/city driving and even went to 980 (dist to empty) on the highway at one point. For some reason that dropped off sharply to 350-400 km/tank. This drop doesn't coincide with any modifications. I've had the injectors serviced then replaced, new air filter, new oxy sensors done everything i could think of and everything that people have suggested. Only thing left is to clean the MAF and retune the computer.

Enjoy that economy!! That's what I'm trying to get mine back to.
