VT dash lights dim

Hey just got a new cd player install.
Since then my dash lights have only half been lighting up.
Like only half my fan speen and aircon temp and demister buttons show.
Just those ones but the tacho is all good and other interiour lighting.

Any ideas?

Check the amperage usage of the cd player If you're still running the original 30A alternator you may need to upgrade alternators. Check your battery voltage too
