Passenger side airbag sensor

Hi everyone

The airbag warning light in my VT stays on. The previous owner had it scanned and the problem was apparently a faulty passenger side airbag sensor. The light stayed off for a while after being scanned, but came back on.

Anyway, my car doesn't have a passenger side airbag. Any ideas what the problem could be?

the cluster on the car has been changed? and the tech 2 hasnt been updated

As far as I know, the only thing to ever be removed from inside the car was the back seat.

Dad said the light had come back on one day while he was driving - there was no apparent reason for it coming on the second time.
