rear electric windows

i am unable to operate both rear windows using the switches on the doors, but they operate okay from the switches in the front. pushing the window lock switch in the front makes no difference. any ideas?

g'day mate, u might need to replace both rear switches!! had the same problem, replaced both, both now work!!
