Are the cranks the same on the auto and manual 5.0 litres vs - vt ? i know the ecotecs are different but not sure on the 5.0L . and are the 5.0L"s internally or externally balanced unlike the ecotecs, meaning a flywheel wont have to be mirror balanced to suit

im looking at doing an auto to man conversion with v8 engine, its going into a 4wd that is already running a manual so i only need my conversion gear to bolt it up etc and just change to a manual loom and ecu
