Window wiper rooted, what to replace?

So this morning in the frost i went to pour water on my windscreen and flick on the wiper and one worked and one was stuck to the windscreen lol

Now when i use them both go up & only one comes down And its easy to move the screwed one up & down, something is burred?, Whats broken
& what do i need to get to fix it?

Also its the drivers side thats stuffed so can i swap them over in the mean time?

I've had one snap in my old VN once. You need to undo the outer arms remove the plastic cover and see what's snapped inside there. Get another assembly from the wreckers and bolt it in, it doesn't take long to swap over. In the meantime some RainX will keep you happy so long as your travling over 70 km/h while it's raining
