Whats a wh grange worth in SA?

i innocently stopped to look at a wh grange in a caryard today & think iam in love .The car has $22990 on it and the cars mint as,the dealer has offered me $17k changeover on my vs caprice??Not sure if good deal or not ?what you all think?

My old man said he saw a 2000 WH Grange in the paper with about 180,000kms on the clock for 16grand. this was only about a week or so ago. prices have dropped heaps because of the economic crisis.

redbook recons 2000 wh grange should sell for $14800 - $17400 between 140 - 230k's

not sure what exact model caprice you have mate but it says a 99 5L VS Caprice should be worth $3900 -$5600 between 100-180k's if you traded it in.

If i was you i wouldn't trade it in unless you got the wh for 12k or less.

75k and smicko.my caprice has 212k 18s and heap of new bits ,Hmm anyone want to buy a nice vs caprice for 6k pm me .I reckon I could get this one for around 19 to 20 k cash so if i can move the caprice quickly enough should do ok out of the deal

my caprice stock, you wouldn't even know it was on at idle. the grange might have a tone not shore what exhaust it has.

Piston rattle is normal and goes away after a couple of mins, but valve train noise can be fixed with some decent 10w60 grade oil.
