gday guys I'v got a series 2 vx commodore and I with to lower it with ssl springs. The guy at the suspention shop said that camber kits are a waste of money and only give about 5000kms exta out of a set of tyres. Is this true? Also iv heard that on series 2 cx something in the rear end is adjustable could somebody comment further thankyou.
The camber kits (all brands) offer only a limited amount of adjustment, so the camber scrub can not be completely eliminated in some cars. Lowering your car makes this (negative) camber worse.
The VX series 2 saw the introduction of the adjustable bar that fixed this camber problem found in VT's and VX's.
