I know there have been comments that what I speak about is the "blower" fan but some people mix the issue up with the fuel injection fan and also cooling fan.
So to be clear it is the fan that runs hot air to my face, my feet and my window. It is stuck on high, the switch doesn't change the fan speed and the only way to kill it is via the fuse. This is a base model supercharged VT 6 cylinder sedan.
Is it the fan resistor? (is this behind the glovebox) or something else.
Also my indicators(blinkers) seem to run really slow when the fan is running amok.
Can the 2 be related.
I can be PMed at cockroach@netxp.com.au
cheers
Does it not work on 1,2 and 3 settings or is it stuck on high?
MY RIDE
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
stuck on high
mate i would check the high speed blower relay under the steering wheel. contacts in relay are probably stuck together.
