vx-vy manual loom

hi guys,
At the moment my car (vx) is at the mechanics, getting the auto takin out for a vy manual box. i have got the wiring loom out of the vy currently sitting in it, the problem is that its missing 3 plugs, apparently for the dash lighting. the plugs sit near the brake master cylinder. my question is, has anyone had the same issue after converting a vx with vy parts? or is there anyway you can convert the vx auto loom to fit the vy box?
