Redback Catback 2.5" Or Lukey Catback 2.5"?

Which would you say is better out of the two for my VT? Which would YOU prefer?
I just want it to sound louder and deeper as it is only a V6.
I will be able to go for my p's in about a years time but i want to start fixing it all up, obviously. So im just confused about which exhuast to get? Like i said.. im not too fussed about getting more power, i just want it to sound louder and deeper Thanks

I had a 2.5 Redback and I was happy with it.

Just one thing you need to keep in mind. In my experience the louder the exhaust on a v6 the less deep the note is.

i went 2.75 on mine, much deeper than a 2.5 by a fair shot, 2500 revs more like a v8. oo and i went with Di Fillipo.. i used to work for him so i got darren the owner to put it in and so forth. very happy with mine (though you lose about 1 or 2 kw power because you lose a little back pressure)

I had a Redback catback with both mufflers on my old car and that sounded alright, but I've heard a few Lukey systems that I prefer.

In my opinion though a quiet v6 is a good one, which I bet isn't what you are after

Nope :P a quiet v6 isnt what i want haha.. like i said.. i just want a deep sounding exhaust that sounds nice when its idling and when its driving aswell :P

i got a redback 2.5 catback wif ressy, nice note not too loud.

i liked the sound of straight thru lukeys better (alot louder) but, the drone would get annoying not to mention harrasment from police as i am a P plater

If you want a loud v6 you will get drone, and attention from the police. There's no avoiding it

ive got a redback, had the rear res at first and got rid of it. Was basically as quiet as stock with the res on....then again I'm on lpg and something about a restricted intake making it quieter...

havnt heard a Lukey system but had a 2.5" redback system on my vt and that sounded good
