vx stock cd player question

I dont know if this has been asked or is stupid but i need help...

i just got a 2001 vx lumina and i has a stock cd player in it. are these able to have subwoofers plugged in2 the back?
also, does it have av sound inputs and a way to feed a cale out to plug in an ipod in2 it?

The stock units do not have a output that you can use for subwoofers. Phreddy can install these into the stock stereos, but I don't think he is able to do them on VX series commodores.

As for the sound inputs, depending on the stereo version you have, some do, some don't. There is a 3.5mm jack at the front of the stereo that you can plug inputs into, right next to the volume control. If that is absent, there is no other input.

i think the ones with the tape deck usually had the aux input, i know my mums VT does, my VX didn't.

I don't think there is any VT or VX rca kits so don't think you will be able to attach the subs to it.

Just get an aftermarket head unit, you wont regret it
