where your reverse lights connect, on the connector there are 2 extra cables with it, the 2 extra ones are for stop lights and there is a hole just above where you can put the light in.
If im correct thats what the calais ones have or something, but the cables are already there, all you need to do is get a globe and a holder to fit in.

mrVT open your boot and have a look and you'll see that the reverse light fitting (the big globe) is much bigger than the fitting for the red back light for the garnish.

From what i've heard it will look shit house unless you have something in that little bit in the garnish to reflect the light...

too right, you need a calais or berlina garnish which has inbuilt reflector, or it will look like a dot/ not even worth it.

i have an exec and swapped my garnish over with a calais one, and it looks great, same lights as lights for number plates. i had also swapped my boot over so i had spare globes holders/globes and wired em in to the number plate lights

This is some good info, I was wondering why it didn't quite right. It does look like a dot. Was going to have a look on the weekend at it.

    Cheers

to my knowledge the rear of them would have a hole already cut out if it was designed for a light to be there, if there isnt it a hole probably was the same as exec garnish

EDIT: but usually the lights comes factory if its designed to have them, so unlikely youd see a hole with no light unless some idiots cut it off
