supercharger pulley

hey guys just wanting to know when am about to remove the standard pulley from my charger there is a bolt in the centre of the pulley now does this need to be removed or is the bolt fixed

The bolt has to come out but its there mainly for decoration it doesnt really hold anything the standard pulley is pressed on really tight and it will feel like its going to break and creak loudly a couple times
,its a bit daunting the first you remove one
